A few weeks into my CPO purchase, I noted a water leak on the front windscreen so I proceeded to book an appointment at the Bramgate VW dealership with Rui to have the leak repaired. In all my 8 years of vehicle ownership from different brands, i have never received the level of professionalism, dedication, passion, knowledge and commitment as i did from Rui.
