Sudir was very informative, professional and respectful; he showed us the car, took us for a test drive, and answered every single one of my million questions. I ended up purchasing a 2009 VW CC. Mike too was informative and friendly; he gave us a great trade-in value for my 2003 CTS. And then finally there was Joanne, this is were the magic happens. She filled in all the blanks regarding registration, the trade-in, plates, financing, tinting, and anything else you can possible think of. Joanna was awesome, efficient and passionate; you can tell that she loves her job and made us feel like everything was taken care of, we didn't have to do a thing. Lastly, it doesn't end there.. I must have called Sudir half a dozen times the day's following my purchase and he returned every one of my calls within a matter of minutes! Great service! Highly recommended! I couldn't be happier. When I began searching for a new car I was not that interested in the jetta, I was looking for an suv. However, this dealership and all its employees are a reason why I chose the jetta in the end. John was very welcoming and was always interested in what I wanted. He would speak directly to me and not to my family. I noticed at other dealerships, the sales associate would direct what they were saying towards my sister or my parents instead of to me, the person paying for the car. Whatever I asked, John was able to answer. The price is amazing for what I got in the jetta. The car was on the lot so I was able to get it as soon as I wanted. When I came in to pick up the car, John spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood everything there was to know about the jetta. He got in the car with me and showed me how everything worked. He even called me the next day to see how I was liking the car. You can say John is what, or who sold me on the car. Because of him I decided to go with the jetta. I would definitely recommend people to go see John! More

Everyone I dealt with was great and accommodating since they were able to get the car ready so I could take it that same day, exactly as described. I have been a Japanese car buyer for the last 15 years, however when my current Civic decided to die, I had enough. I shopped around quite a bit in Brampton, going from dealer to dealer. Only Bramgate VW offered a no pressure environment and answered all my questions. Joanne on the financing side worked very hard to make sure I had a good rate that was within my budget. After my purchase I noticed that there were some scratches and I spoke to Chris who then had the service department clay bar the entire vehicle at no extra charge. As a sales professional myself I feel Bramgate VW does a great job of taking care of their customers. More
