During the process of deciding and negotiating, I was very pleased to find out that I qualified for the recent graduate rebate, and additionally I was able to take advantage of the VW year-end rebate - both were great surprises and influenced my decision. Upon deciding to officially finance the car, Sudir was very helpful in explaining and simplifying all of the paperwork information for me (as a first time car buyer), which was extremely helpful and eased some of my nerves about the process. I really appreciated the time he took to go over options, confirm what I was looking for, and make suggestions that suited my needs. During the paperwork process, Joanne Yulo was also very helpful and her enthusiasm made the whole process stress free! On the day I arrived to pick up my VW Jetta, Sudhir took the time to showcase all of the features of the car, go through the manuals with me, and answer any questions. When we noticed a small concern with the sunroof (bug net), he immediately checked to see if anyone could assist in adjusting it. Michael Carroll was a great help in assisting us that day and determining what part needed to be fixed and ordered in. I absolutely love my white 2013 Jetta, and was thrilled to find out how many amazing features came with the car. Overall, I was impressed by the incredible service of all of the staff at the Bramgate location and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a Volkswagen vehicle - I may have even convinced my Dad to consider a VW! Joanne is the most hardworking, friendly and ethical car dealer I have ever worked with. She had no problem working all the numbers with me needed to provide me the best options available, but also suggeste dealer I have ever worked with. Mike too was informative and friendly; he gave us a great trade-in value for my 2003 CTS. And then finally there was Joanne, this is were the magic happens. She filled in all the blanks regarding registration, the trade-in, plates, financing, tinting, and anything else you can possible think of. Joanna was awesome, efficient and passionate; you can tell that she loves her job and made us feel like everything was taken care of, we didn't have to do a thing. Lastly, it doesn't end there..
