He was very patient when it came to going over the features of the new Beetle, from programming our Blackberry to demonstrating the new trunk lock. this car has it all! The lumbar seats with heating that extends a lot farther than the old ones. The increased leg space and the power was immediate as we hit the highway! Hugh was very reasonable with our 2004 convertible Beetle trade-in, considering there were some minor issues. We understand the history of this dealership's success and wish them continued growth and prosperity in their new location. More

First time Dealership experience I have to say that this experience at Bramgate VW was better than I expected. As I reside in London, I had been looking to purchase a vehicle in Londo I have to say that this experience at Bramgate VW was better than I expected. The negotiations were congenial and they even strived to reduce my payments further through additional incentives I wasn't sure if I qualified for.
