We left those dealerships with a sense of confusion and frustration. Our experience at Bramgate VW was the complete opposite. Andrew Seery provided clarity, recommendations and insight on the various leasing options as well as financing. My wife and I were quickly able to understand all the options as validate these against our budget and lifestyle requirements. We ended our car search at Bramgate VW and left very happy and content with our decision. Andrew's clear, honest and straightforward approach was both refreshing and welcoming. We were in need of a vehicle fairly quick, and Andrew was able to get us the exact model we wanted within 48 hrs. The transaction process was also quite pleasant, easy and quick. Sudir explained the details around the lease, provided good recommendations on leasing approval, as well as explain all other options that VW offers. We will definitely be returning to Andrew and Bramgate VW for all our vehicle needs. More

poor customer care i bought golf 2015. everything was good. i asked to marco orellana bill of sale and ownnership on my company name but he said to me you can change i bought golf 2015. everything was good. i asked to marco orellana bill of sale and ownnership on my company name but he said to me you can change ownership any time just go to ministry and they will change for you at no extra cost. it was 5 minute job for him or bramgate volkswagon to change the ownership without any extra cost but he didn't want to spent 5 minute for this paper work and he didn't change name on invoice because he didn't want to spent any time to change any paper after i call to ministry to change my ownership from my name to my company name ministry office saying your dealer can change that very easy then i call to MARCO ORELLANA (bramgate volkswagen) and he direct me to JOANNE YULO and she don't want to take any responsibility at first marco orellana misguide me and then joanne yulo not taking any responsibility now i have only one choice to changing my ownership pay hst $3336.28 again i don't know why they did that with me 1. may be they doesn't care about customers 2. may be they are not proper trained by dealership Hi mr jeremy boles you did very nice try to cover your team members marco orellana and joanne yulo and this is your job to cover these crooks according to your reply there was no confusion for anything yes, before pick up the car i changed my mind to keep my car under my company name instead of my name and to change that paper was 5 minute job for marco or joanne but he misguide me from their he didn't try to change that paper but he gave me wrong advice. he said "you can change from your name to your company name any time" 1.he didn't mention any grace period 2. dealership was able to change that ownership without any additional cost with in 2 weeks not me and your sales person refuse that after talking to MTO office i did call to joaane yulo for car safety certification and left message to her answering machine she took three days to return my phone call (isn't it poor customer care) then she said for safety you have to pay then i told to her it's your sales person's mistake and to cover his mistake i am paying $ 3336.28 and you can't take care for safety cost ($100 or 150) and she said i have to talk to my manager and i will call you back after couple days she did call back to me and she said to me "we can give you safety certification without any cost but you have to remove your review" then i told to her" if i am paying $3336.28 to cover your sales person's mistake and you are asking to remove my review just for safety certification cost which $150 and i told to her what are you talking to me on the phone i will add on my review ( IS THIS THREATENING?) YSE, JOAANE YULO TRY TO BRIBING ME $150 TO REMOVE MY REVIEW if you are worried about your dealership's goodwill then still i need that safety certification I AM GIVING YOU chance to cover your goodwill only one condition: all communication via email, no phone calls this way we can keep evidence for all HOW IS THAT MOHINDERJEET More
