First time Dealership experience I have to say that this experience at Bramgate VW was better than I expected. As I reside in London, I had been looking to purchase a vehicle in Londo I have to say that this experience at Bramgate VW was better than I expected. So I decided to look at VW dealerships in the GTA, and surprisingly found Bramgate. As I read through countless great reviews, I started to feel confident I had found the dealership I wanted to purchase a car from. And the rest is history. Never again Unable to diagnose their own product I should have learned my lesson about this dealership last year when they burned a family member but I thought I would give them 1 more shot. The negotiations were congenial and they even strived to reduce my payments further through additional incentives I wasn't sure if I qualified for. Andrew Seery provided clarity, recommendations and insight on the various leasing options as well as financing. My wife and I were quickly able to understand all the options as validate these against our budget and lifestyle requirements. We ended our car search at Bramgate VW and left very happy and content with our decision. Andrew's clear, honest and straightforward approach was both refreshing and welcoming. We were in need of a vehicle fairly quick, and Andrew was able to get us the exact model we wanted within 48 hrs. The transaction process was also quite pleasant, easy and quick.
