We had been looking for a car for quite a while and found one we wanted at Birchwood Toyota. Hayden was amazing right from the get to. Do not go for a servicing here. Unfortunately have had too many bad experiences over a couple years. They will find an issue, tell you it’s covered and even show it on the invoice b Unfortunately have had too many bad experiences over a couple years. They will find an issue, tell you it’s covered and even show it on the invoice but won’t book you in for the service. Was advised to wait because it’s not too bad now but not to worry because it’s covered but guess what? When it was time to get it changed they said sorry it’s not covered anymore. Also has taken 3+ hours from appointment time to get an oil changed! When you message them or try and get a hold of someone they do not respond unless you take the issue to the GM sadly. More

My service advisor Luke Santos was great, I easily can just text him to set up appointments. Also if I need an Uber home and back to the dealership hes there to set it up, super convenient for me!
