In January 2023, we got our new car, a Toyota Highlander and we were very happy. However the car came with two missing parts, one is the second key and the other one is the carpet mat. We asked several ti and we were very happy. However the car came with two missing parts, one is the second key and the other one is the carpet mat. We asked several times our salesman, how long does it need to get the missing parts. The only last answer, we don't know yet. What the heck needs so a long time? This is definitely not great customer service! Now, it is six months ago and not any response or parts :-( More
