What more could anyone ask? I went into Birchwood Toyota expecting the usual service experience. What I received was far from ordinary. Brent Reimer was friendly and engaging right from the moment I pulled into the service bay. He made me aware of a service issue my vehicle needed, before we even began. Brent assured me that correcting the recall would not add to my waiting time. Then he showed me to the waiting area. I was made comfortable with a hot coffee and a soft seat. Nice! Part way through the wait, Brent told me of another issue with my vehicle and gave me the option of fixing it right away or making an appointment at my convenience. I chose to fix the problem while I was there and he assured me that he would keep me waiting no longer than necessary. Guess what? I was done and on my way, with a freshly washed car I might add, in a reasonable amount of time. Professionalism, service and speedy repair. I say again; What more could anyone ask? More

Brandon (our salesman) immediately went and got a couple of staff who have promised to make it right by painting the bumper. Appointment has been set up for next week and they have offered a loaner for the time it will be away. More
