Backup camera service- successful? Great purchasing experience Derek Witty made arrangements with sales manager Doug to make sure I was treated with respect and zeroed in on the vehicle I was interested in. Doug turned me over to Dalton who showed me the two vehicles I was interested in. Had my vehicle appraised while we test drove both vehicles. On my return they gave me my options for both I picked the one I was interested in. Meet business manager who arranged the financing went over my options regarding a extended warranty which I purchased signed all documentation and plates were changed from my trade to my new vehicle and I was on my way with a full tank of fuel. When I got home noticed there was no block heater went back to dealership even though it was Dec 27th they got me into the service department put in the block heater at no charge and I was on my way home in half hour. Very professional. I am now enjoying my new vehicle .Great sales team and excellent sales department. More

Great experience I had a amazing experience. My sales person Franz was amazing to the finance manager Mike Wiebe. I wouldn't shop for a vehicle anywhere else! The fina I had a amazing experience. On oct 29 2016 I and my brother went to birchwood Kia . we went there to see if we can trade in my Honda Civic and get a new Kia Sedona . We were greeted good and we met a sales person (don't know the name ) sales person was rushing and he said it's a busy day . So he introduced us to the general manager Derek Witty . We told him what we looking for and told him that we will buy the vehicle today itself if we get a good deal . He showed us one vehicle but we wanted a different color (black or white). He said he has only one vehicle at store and will give discount if we purchase that particular car. He was so pushy and he gave us a quote that wasn't satisfactory for us. So we told him that we need a better deal on this vehicle otherwise we will wait for the black or white vehicle to arrive . Then the general manager started getting frustrated and he started saying things that's not professional at all . He said we are wasting his time and he lost 3 customers because of us and told us to leave the store if we don't buy the car. I'm so disappointed with the behavior of the general manager of a reputed company like birchwood kia. He was so unprofessional after we told him that we need time to think . He got really mad and teard the quote he gave us infront of us and walked away and told us to leave the store . This is the worst customer service experience that I had in my whole life . And after we left the store he followed us to the parking lobby and started arguing with us . Is this a professional way to treat your customers ?? I think he needs to show some respect to the customers. I don't think every customer that walk in to your store are supposed to buy the vehicle customers have the right to decide whether they wanna buy vehicle from your company or not . More
New Sorento I came in for service on my 2014 Sorento. While waiting I looked at the new re-designed 2016 Sorento. A young salesman Mike D took the time to show me I came in for service on my 2014 Sorento. While waiting I looked at the new re-designed 2016 Sorento. A young salesman Mike D took the time to show me the differences between the 14 Sorento and the 16 Sorento. He took me for a test drive and I ended up buying a new Sorento. I loved my 14 Sorento and I love my 2016 Sorento even more. This is my 3rd Sorento (2011, 2014 and now a 2016). Mike D was professional, knowledgable and not pushy. I would strongly recomend a Sorento, this dealership and Mike the salesman. More
Waste of time We received a call from the dealership asking us if we would be willing to have them buy my Sorento back since they wanted to re-sell it. Since we recently did this with our other vehicle at a different dealership, and had a great experience, we were open to consider it. On the phone, when I found out it was birchwood calling, I changed my mind and said no because we had such a terrible experience with them both when buying the SUV and after when trying to get it serviced. I was asked to give them a second chance and promised they would be out to impress. They asked multiple times what amount was still owing on the car. The "impressive" offer they had for me was $10,000 LESS for the car that I STILL OWE to the bank. I was so disgusted. Let's not forget, they initiated the call to me, they told me they had an amazing offer. - what a waste of time. I would go anywhere but birchwood to buy a vehicle. More
