Lets face it , life is about relationships ..... the better the relationship is with the people at your car dealership , the better your entire motoring experience will be with your car ! These people are not stupid , and are there for a reason ..... they get the job done right ! Some of the service/sales people at BKW have been in the auto service/sales business all their lives and are very , very good at what they do ! Treat them as you would a trusted friend . They can really save you a lot of grief down the road , if you listen to them ! Every business is a people business , so to get the best out of any business that you visit , treat the people there " right " and you will find that they are only too happy to go " the extra mile for you " . I've been in the service/sales business for over 35 years and can spot " stupidity " a mile away . The folks at BKW are very good at what they do , and have not " fumbled the ball " ever with my car , and believe me , I am fussy ! How-ever , every time I enter the dealership , there is an attitude of mutual respect for all the staff that I meet there . This mini van is much quieter and does not rattle over road bumps compared to the other 2 new mini vans we had test driven from another known big brand.
