I purchased a car in April 2021 that advertised Apple car play… when it did not work I contacted Dylan my sales person he was as helpful as he could be, he passed it to his Manager John who to date Sept 2022 play… when it did not work I contacted Dylan my sales person he was as helpful as he could be, he passed it to his Manager John who to date Sept 2022 as not resolved the issue, I have sent numerous emails with no communication back from John. I am pleased with the vehicle but it did not come with a GPS and this was one of the features I was looking for as I do a fare amount of traveling. I. was told I could use Apple car play to access it on my phone obviously I cannot do this and it has left me having a very bad experience with the dealership. Just an email saying there was nothing that could be done would have gone a long way but radio silence is extremely disrespectful from a prominent business!! More

However asked service advisor when my vehicle should have a tune up? Never really answered my question. Was provided a service package schedule with outdated pricing. This experience was a real step up from other not so good experiences. Hopefully they can keep up the good work. More
