When Birchwood's service booking group scheduled my appointment for a different location than the website I was on I had no appointment at Kia Regent when I showed up to have my car serviced. No matter, they were not fully booked that morning so they took my information and keys on the spot, completed the service and had me on my way in short order. Never once had a bad experience with the folks at Kia Regent. (Seriously though, do something about the appointment scheduling group, they mess up a lot). More
