When told no, we'd like to see numbers we were fed a line about how the deals change daily and today's deal is "4000$ off the Forte LX Automatic" (despite it being a national campaign). After being told exactly what we wanted before we'd come to the dealership, we were ignored. I emailed them myself via the same way, put in touch with another sales rep who than put me through to yet another sales rep who after I explained what we were looking for and the issue's we'd had with Melissa, said that he sensed animosity and if we wanted further help to come to the dealership and refused to give additional information. After removing him from the email chain and going back to the original person who said an email quote as possible it was forwarded to the General manager who was at least helpful (Ross Roteliuk) but it wasn't enough to redeem the dealership in addition to the awful recommendation's received from friends who had also tried to deal with them More

We took the car back there it took three sales man to find a block heater that was not there it was pretty funny we had a good laugh so then they took the car in to install the blockheater and tryed to get the marks off .so I go and pick up my moms car and well the car was dirty and there was so much ice built up on the inside from being in the shop it was crazy. Guess they don't know how to clean a car customer service is crap there sales man lied to my mom saying there was a block heater in the car when she bought it in the summer. Great car but we will never buy anything from a BIRCHWOOD dealship ever so damm you for doing this to my poor mom.damm you for taking advantage of a lady who lost her husband damm you .thanks for not making anything better . We test drove a new car and the staff refused to give us a price. Instead, they wanted us to write up a deal. The kept promising to give us "AN AMAZING DEAL!" but refused to give us a price. After wasting well over a hour of our time and ensuring that other dealerships were closed, they still would not give us even an inkling of that price. We left with the manager following us out, yelling at us and telling us we were "disrespecting" the salesman. Who was being disrespecting whom? The following day, another salesman, Ross, called us back and promised to call back with a price at around four pm. He never called. More

I went shopping for a new Kia. I left with a price and shopped other dealers. I returned because they had the best price and made a deal.
