I can say that I was not satisfied with their services and was looking for another d It is 4 years that I go to this dealership for my car's services. I can say that I was not satisfied with their services and was looking for another dealership to go. As I really did not find one without any problem, I put up with it for sometime. As the time passed I saw positive changes in their services. I can say that still they can be better. Still they have some delays at delivery time, but otherwise the are treating their costumes with respect and do the job satisfactory. The guy who is usually taking care of my car is named Jhenner. He is really cooperative and cares about my concerns, so thanks to him. In the dealership,they also have free wifi and free coffee. Overall I can score this location maybe 9 out of 10. More
Winter tires I went through John for tires and he went out of his way and found me a great deal and set up my appt for me. High Pressure Sale Tactics I went in and gave my clear intentions of collecting information and a price to the sales rep. They proceeded to pressure me " what price will get you I went in and gave my clear intentions of collecting information and a price to the sales rep. They proceeded to pressure me " what price will get you to buy today?" this happened a few times through out our meeting. I ended up being quite uncomfortable and told them that. They're approach then changed, but it was too late for me. Unfortunately I didn't feel respected or valued. More

The worst dealership in the city I thought i had found a cheapest price in the city for a brand-new optima, which was 19k, i got there and i asked to see the car and the salesman tell I thought i had found a cheapest price in the city for a brand-new optima, which was 19k, i got there and i asked to see the car and the salesman tells me the car has been sold, and i asked him why it is on the website, did not give me proper answer, then he pulls out an optima that is 25k, just as if he makes my monthly payments, the sales manager (Ross) came to ear drop just to hear if I'm gonna take the deal, then i told them the payment is high, and Ross suggests that i should go with a forte, which would drop my payments to 140b/w, so I'm like okay lets check out the forte, after seeing it, came inside and i was even told by the sales man that the forte is 17999.00 i even checked it on my phone, the car is still there, and the salesman comes back after chitchatting with ross in the office and tells me the forte is sold, so he gave me the best deal of the day, and added 4000 dollars and made it 22000.00. i asked to talk to Ross, as he told me my payment would be lower if i take the forte and why they added 4k on top of the 18k, but he was nowhere to be found.They think everyone is so stupid, like if you don't want to sell the car just say so, don't waste people's time. i have gone to many dealerships but by far THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN WINNIPEG. i even thought Auto list of Canada was the worst in the city, but compares to this, auto list is angel, More
Awful Sales Staff After requesting a price/quote on a vehicle online Melissa Sampsel sent an email to my spouse with terrible spelling and grammar essentially saying co After requesting a price/quote on a vehicle online Melissa Sampsel sent an email to my spouse with terrible spelling and grammar essentially saying come to the dealership. When told no, we'd like to see numbers we were fed a line about how the deals change daily and today's deal is "4000$ off the Forte LX Automatic" (despite it being a national campaign). After being told exactly what we wanted before we'd come to the dealership, we were ignored. I emailed them myself via the same way, put in touch with another sales rep who than put me through to yet another sales rep who after I explained what we were looking for and the issue's we'd had with Melissa, said that he sensed animosity and if we wanted further help to come to the dealership and refused to give additional information. After removing him from the email chain and going back to the original person who said an email quote as possible it was forwarded to the General manager who was at least helpful (Ross Roteliuk) but it wasn't enough to redeem the dealership in addition to the awful recommendation's received from friends who had also tried to deal with them More
