This Place is a Joke First item was a command start that this dealership installed. It never worked properly since day one. I had it in today to get fixed and was told it First item was a command start that this dealership installed. It never worked properly since day one. I had it in today to get fixed and was told it wouldn't be covered under the parts and labour warranty. Which I can accept but this was a result of the command start being calibrated incorrectly by staff not the command start being broken. Secondly I paid extra for a rim warranty which I have used in the past. However when I brought it in today I was told it would not be covered?! How can the same rim issue be covered one day and not the next day? Plus, like I said, I bought extra coverage for that reason! Third is the shuttle service. I live outside of the city When I purchased the car I explicitly asked if I needed a shuttle would I be provided a ride. The answer from your dealership was yes. Now today they told me no! Needless to say I walked out with ZERO intentions of ever giving your dealership another cent of my money. I've worked in the customer service industry for 20 years and today was an embarrassment. More

Brought in my Kia for tire change for Summer. Aleah Penner , my service consultant was excellent as she always is. And I did not wait long. A shuttle was available if I needed it.
