Always an excellent experience. I purchased my third Kia from Birchwood Kia Regent. Their staff has always been extremely friendly and informative. Once I was given their offer to purchase, I took almost an hour crunching numbers to be sure that I paid the price that I was comfortable with. At no point did I feel pressure to buy during the negotiation (which is everyone's least favourite part of buying a vehicle.) The finance department offered all options to protect my vehicle without pressuring me to take any of them. (I did end up taking the 160,000 km warranty because why wouldn't you?). Wonderful overall experience. More

Good dealership but not great If you know what car you want and on what price you want to pay, be firm with it. If you want to an extended warranty, ask for the specifics of the coverage and deductibles. Dont buy the roadside assistance just get CAA instead. I learned it the hardway! More

Everything and More It all started the moment we walked in. Suzanne greeted us with a big smile and answered any questions we had in a manner we could understand. The next step was financing. Lee was wonderful. He answered any questions we had in a manner we could understand and was very knowledgeable. My car wasn't going to be ready for a few days so they arranged a rental car, at their expense! While waiting, we met an older couple who had been driving a Kia for years and they had nothing by great reviews for not only the vehicles, but the staff as well. I am sooo looking forward to picking up my new car tomorrow! More
