I had a deeply disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2024 Kia Carnival under the explicit condition that the loan would be under my business name, not personally. This was cruc dealership. I purchased a 2024 Kia Carnival under the explicit condition that the loan would be under my business name, not personally. This was crucial as I was planning to apply for a mortgage and needed to avoid having a large loan appear on my personal credit. The financial advisor at the time assured me that, despite being a co-signer, my name would not be associated with the loan unless it went into collection. However, when I recently attempted to get a mortgage, I discovered that the loan was listed under my personal name, not my business. I reached out to the new financial advisor at the dealership, only to be brushed off and told that the previous advisor, who made the promise, no longer works there, and there was no record of our agreement. This deceptive handling of the situation has caused significant issues for me. I would not have proceeded with the purchase if I had known they would not honor their commitment. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership if you value honesty and integrity. More

They are great at making sales and selling the add-ons line Gap insurance and replacement insurance.
