My new 2019 CR-V killed the competition Tiffany DeSilva was excellent to deal with. No pressure sales. The vehicle sold itself. After 2 days of car shopping I was exhausted. We called Tiffany and had her ready the car of our choice for the final test drive. We then decided on the CR-V Touring and Tiffany had it outfitted with the accessories we added and detailed within 2 hours ready to pick up end of day. As we live out of town this was a win win. I never expected to be driving my new car home that day. But that is exactly what we did. I am so pleased with my purchase. The Honda CR-V is Motortrends car of the year for a reason. And pricing was.more then reasonable. My only critique is how Honda prices accessories. We just bought a new truck from Birchwood Ford and their streamlined process of adding accessories at market price. Made adding on our box liner. Fifth wheel. Air bags. Chrome hood deflector. Matt’s etc etc so easy. Honda prices everything differently if you buy at time of purchase. Buying your accessories at the service department separately is much cheaper. Just one little step that could be easier. But all in all we are very pleased. Thank you Tiffany for the amazing buying experience. More

This is my second time visiting Birchwood Honda on Regent for an oil change and even though it's far from home, I will keep coming back because they a This is my second time visiting Birchwood Honda on Regent for an oil change and even though it's far from home, I will keep coming back because they always make you feel welcome. Jaycee Manzano saved me a lot of money on my second oil change. I had a recall to be done and the oil change was partially covered under that so I literally only paid for the oil itself! I also signed up for a tire rotation (as dictated by the notifications on my dash panel) and he said they found that I didn't need it so it wasn't done saving me even more money! Other places I've gone to in the past would have just done the tire rotation but here, they care not just about the car but for the people as well and I felt that when I was there. I left feeling like Jay and I have been friends for years :) Thanks for the wonderful experience! See you again in six months :) More
