No high pressure sales tactic was used which I greatly appreciated. A month later, I brought my husband to view the vehicle and we ended up purchasing from Paul at Birchwood. Throughout the entire process, Paul kept us updated on the delivery date and when our vehicle came in, Paul spent an hour going over all the features inside the car. Would definitely recommend Birchwood BMW if you are looking for a new vehicle. More

They offered a cab ride back to work for me, in order to get me there quickly without interruption to my work day which was fantastic.
