No high pressure sales tactic was used which I greatly appreciated. A month later, I brought my husband to view the vehicle and we ended up purchasing from Paul at Birchwood. Throughout the entire process, Paul kept us updated on the delivery date and when our vehicle came in, Paul spent an hour going over all the features inside the car. It's the little things! More
