We Drive From YEG to YWG for Service We needed some assistance years ago when we realized we had misplaced the tow hook for the Z4 and this dealership helped us out. The next year we h We needed some assistance years ago when we realized we had misplaced the tow hook for the Z4 and this dealership helped us out. The next year we had our 328i and it needed a battery. We svheduled the service and then lost the windshield wiper on drivers side in a horrible rain storm. They replaced the battery for 1/2 the cost in Edm and replaced the wipers securing caps as we had lost those in the storm. This year we took our 228i to them for routine maintenance and once again they went beyond themselves with the service. There are 2 recalls on the 328i and I have a week of vacation left, seriously thinking about making the appointment at this dealer and making another trip to Birchwood BMW again this summer. We gladly drive 12 hours to have service. Cant imagine having them right there at the west perimeter highway and not taking the trip to have on of the best service experiences we have ever had with our BMWs More
