One can tell by the excellent service and congenial ambiance that the dealership has a customer-oriented attitude seeking his or her satisfaction in the real world. Sales, financial, service and technical team members are all welcoming and accommodating; and I love my X1. For me, the last survey question concerning one most interested employee would have to include more than one person putting my interests at the forefront. I have had several who have put in extra effort to identify my needs and get done what I wanted at this visit and at various past appointments. More
