In my experience, the technical staff are effective at identifying and repairing problems (including issues that I may not have recognized myself). I've found this to be true whether or not the problems are covered by warranty. I also very much appreciate their use of texting to stay in touch - it's by far the most effective way to contact me. On each occasion Birchwood BMW provided us excellent customer service while we had to bring our x3 in on two separate occasions due to warranty work. On each occasion either my parents or my partners parents were the ones to bring the car in as we are from out of town and unable to make it to the city, and each time BMW made sure they were comfortable and taken care of, while also making sure the vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. BMW made sure to communicate with us any updates as they occurred and we would love to come back in the future for general maintenance, and purchases down the road. More
