Sure they had us out at the scheduled time (saving grace) This was an appointment booked 2 weeks ago, and then when we got there they booked us in for the wrong repair. They will never see my wife or that vehicle at big 4 again. And they may push there luck with me. More

Consistent, Fair and Realistic I have owned 5 chrysler products since 1998; My first two, were from the same dealership (Not Big4), the third was from another (Not Big4), but only b I have owned 5 chrysler products since 1998; My first two, were from the same dealership (Not Big4), the third was from another (Not Big4), but only because they happened to have a car in stock that I was looking for - no real service issue. However, it was in 2009 that I settled finally on going to what I really always wanted, just couldn't always afford - the full size pickup, Ram 1500. Big4 is a dealership with a focus on the Ram Truck and Jeep product. They tend to carry fully loaded models, and generally have a good range of tow-equipped trucks. In comparison to two other Chrysler/Ram dealers, they are very similar. I have found their sales team to be realistic, and knowledgeable of the product - I have not felt overly "sold" on any given truck, and because of that, I have now purchased my second Ram1500 from them in 2016. I can also compare the overall Dodge experience with Mazda, Toyota, and Lexus - I have had a second car from each of those brands since about 2004. I don't particularly like chrysler or dodge cars - I basically only like the Ram truck, and a 4x4 / pickup is always my weekend / higway vehicle. But I have spent just as much time dealing with other makes / dealerships. Overall I have found Big4 to be comprehensive and business-like. Making an appointment with them - is actually an appointment. This is not what I have found with most other dealerships in the city. Oilchanges, service - slightly on the pricey side, but their service is very reliable. Only once in the past 8 years has a service booking taken longer than scheduled. I did have one complaint when an issue that could have been solved through common sense, was instead pushed through an un-necessary $200 diagnostic. I didn't know what a certain warning indicator meant, and I couldn't find it in the manual. Rather than just looking at the light to tell me - they ran the diagnostic, charged me, and then said "you needed to tighten your gas cap". That kinda pissed me off, but they gave me a free oil change after I complained about it - which, I think was fair. When it comes to things like test-driving, they don't waste your time, they just let you take the vehicle - no salesman chatting you up on the road. I really appreciate that. It might be because I am always upfront in that I am not considering any other type of truck - I pretty much know what I want before I go in to test drive a few specific options. I have found them to genuinely listen for what you are looking for. They aren't a very large lot, but what they do stock, is generally well chosen. They don't seem to fill inventory with a lot of low-end / entry-level trim packages - this is a great place if you want to browse a lot of fully loaded vehicles. While I am not a fan of Jeeps, I do like checking them out - they always have really cool looking tricked out custom jeeps in the showroom. If you're a dodge / Ram / jeep fan, so are these guys - other dealers generally seem to carry the more utilitarian / entry level trucks, so this is a good place to go if you want to checkout the more customized / "special order" Ram lineup. I'll also point out that part of what I was doing during my search for a new truck, was testing out the overall Ramtruck website "build / quote" system - and I wanted to compare that price system with what I saw on stickers on the windows. I also pulled up an exact VIN item from that websites inventory, and then whent to go check out that truck on the lot. I pointed out inconsistencies with the online quote, and the sales staff very diligently worked through that same process to try and figure out where the differences came from. While I didn't hold them to it, they were very transpartent about how their pricing was arrived at. I put another dealership through the same process, and they arrived at a lower trade value for my old truck, and a higher sticker price. So, Big4 got the deal with no further haggling from me. Overall, I will likely buy my next truck from Big4 - if everything hasn't gone electric and wimpy by 2022 (alright I admit an electric 4x4 would probably be awesome...) Sadly, I doubt Ram will be the first to make one. More

Given the recent great deals on new trucks though, I was shopping around to 3 different dealerships for a new Ram 1500. I went to the new South Trail dealership in the southeast and Tower Chrysler. At both locations I felt the sales reps didn't care about what I was looking for. They just kept trying to sell me on different vehicles I was completely not interested in. I felt pressured to buy something I didn't want and quite frankly wasted many hours of my time. I finally went to Big 4 and dealt with Phil. From the moment we sat down together I felt like he listened to exactly what I was looking for. He didn't try to sell me on anything. He asked, "Tell me what you want and I'll get it for you". From the beginning to when I got the keys to my new truck, I never felt pressured. It took less than half the time I spent with the other dealerships. The process was very simple and straight forward. Phil and Big 4 were amazing. I would highly recommend them both. Thanks again Phil. Loving the new truck. More
