Wonderful Experience! After my car had broken down this last time, i knew it was time to replace it. I was getting frustrated looking at so many different vehicles online t After my car had broken down this last time, i knew it was time to replace it. I was getting frustrated looking at so many different vehicles online trying to decide what kind of car i wanted next, when my cousin suggested Best Rate. Given that i had always bought cars from private sales, i decided to give them a call to make some inquiries. Right away Darnell was able to answer my questions for me and returned my call in 10 minutes flat! I couldn't get that kind of service from my own bank! When my cousin took me there to look at their selection a couple days later, Darnell made the whole experience great! Since i wasn't sure what i wanted, he took the time to walk the whole lot with us explaining pros & cons (for what i needed) of any vehicle I was interested in. He was friendly & funny, and informative without being "the pushy salesman"..I loved that! The entire team was friendly! They really did go above and beyond to make this experience a wonderful one for me from the beginning, thru the financing, staying within my price range & helping to get this car that i love. Good Salesman I have only good things to say about Louis Sleiman. One problem I had was that I was told that a loaner would not be supplied if the automobile would I have only good things to say about Louis Sleiman. One problem I had was that I was told that a loaner would not be supplied if the automobile would require repairs. Fair enough. After a week I received a call from best rate stating that my Pontiac had a recall that needed to be done. I LOANER car would be supplied during the two hour work that they need for the recall. After a week of investigating and speaking to GM, I found that my vehicle did not require a recall!!!! Then why did they need my vehicle so bad that they were willing to break one of their own rules??? More

I always found the sales people weren't really interested in what you needed, they just wanted the sale to happen as fast as possible. Louis took the time to get to know us both, whatever questions we had he answered, and even explained some things that we didn't know to ask. The car I ended up with didn't include an auto start where my sisters did. Louis went out of his way to make sure that feature was added to mine. For the financing everything was explained and Matt did a great job making sure that things went through in a timely manner and that we were comfortable with the payments I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend going to Louis for your next used vehicle. More
