Exceptional! I went to Best Rate looking for a Mini Cooper and Louis found me the perfect one! I couldn't be happier with how I have been treated by all of the staff at the dealership. Mandy is easy to talk to and has gone out of her way to help reassure me and address any issues that have come up and everyone else at Best Rate has treated me as if I was the only customer on the lot, even when super busy. Committing to spending money on a vehicle is a nerve wracking decision and they have made it both fun and enjoyable. Louis is a super knowledgable guy who is friendly and sincere. one unhappy customer Sales help was awesome but when i drove of the lot I ran out of gas. My partner talked to another salesman which was awesome he filled my gas tank for Sales help was awesome but when i drove of the lot I ran out of gas. My partner talked to another salesman which was awesome he filled my gas tank for me. I also wasn't told if the van was in an accident, which you could tell it was at one point. I brought it to the salesman attention and he basically shrugged his shoulders. The one spot on the back bummer he said would be fixed before we picked it up and it wasn't then when i picked it up and now the paint is cracking on the back bumper. The drivers side door of the van looks like it was repainted and there was a rust spot on it and was told it was rust free and was told it would put the price down but it wasn't. A week after the warranty ran out the back brakes seized up on the 401 had to pull over and get them fixed. I am not complaining I realize it is a used van but would of liked to known this before I purchased the van. More

Great Follow-up Care Mandy, both my husband and myself would like to thank you for the aftercare that we have received. We had an issue with a tire, and even though it wa Mandy, both my husband and myself would like to thank you for the aftercare that we have received. We had an issue with a tire, and even though it was taken care of once, we continued having the problem. You arranged to have us taken care of in a very timely manner, and they did indeed find a small nail in the tire. It was fixed immediately, and we were re-assured by the repair facility that if I continue to have a vibration at speeds over 100 km. they will do a wheel alignment when I go for my first oil change. Thank you for taking such great care of us. You went above and beyond what most dealerships would have done. My First Car Finding a first vehicle can be hard, and it was a lengthy process for myself. I was very picky with what I wanted and my price range wasn't very wide. Finding a first vehicle can be hard, and it was a lengthy process for myself. I was very picky with what I wanted and my price range wasn't very wide. I began my search on Kijiji, with lot's of failed attempts and scams. After some time, I decided to check out some dealerships. From the moment I got to the dealership, Louis took care of me. He offered one ad we found online and had inquired about, told us everything we needed to know without making biased opinions. After some more searching on the lot, I found what became my future car. A 2009 Dodge Avenger. Louis took me step by step through the process like a professional and entertained us too with his sense of humor. After all the paperwork was done, Louis was the first to congratulate me and make my day. Louis is very professional and I would recommend him AND Best Rate to everyone out there.
