Winning Athlete Abilities Louis was one of the greatest car salesman I have ever had. From start to end of sale he was right with us! We had a few hurdles to jump (HaHa) but Louis was one of the greatest car salesman I have ever had. From start to end of sale he was right with us! We had a few hurdles to jump (HaHa) but Louis made sure we jumped high enough. We were a team; a team that got us our vehicle. Worst vehicle ever!!! Last August we went to best rate auto on tec. Road in Windsor Ontario; had a sale rep con us in buying a 2004 Nissan. The vehicle had a high amount of Last August we went to best rate auto on tec. Road in Windsor Ontario; had a sale rep con us in buying a 2004 Nissan. The vehicle had a high amount of kms on it but the sales rep gave us this great speech on how they last for over 500,000 Kms without any issues! I tell you they should receive award for story telling, they do know how to convince and con customers into buying crap! We spent almost 10,000 for the vehicle with a one year warranty, which we were talked into buying too! The warranty didn't cover anything that did break down; the sales rep told us when we purchased the warranty it covered all whistles and bells!!! Which turned out to be a COMPLETE lie! Was just a waste of 1,200.00. Now we've owned this vehicle for just over a year now and I've already invested over 7,000 into repairs! First the rear springs and shocks went; followed by all the belts had to be replaced; breaks which they said were brand new????; just a few of the repairs that happened in the first few months of owning the vehicle! My advice to all new comers... Avoid this dealership like it is the plague. They are great sales reps that promise lies and tells you want you want to hear so you'll purchase a vehicle. They always said to call if we had any issues; but never returned any calls. Worst experience Ive ever had at purchasing a vehicle! My lesson to learn here is never buy used, buy brand new or lease, by the time you invested in all repairs and what not from this dealership I could of bought a new vehicle! Lesson learned!!! More

Best experience of buying a car ever!!!!!!! I have been buying new and used cars since I was 16 I am now over 50 and have never had a better experience in my life. Louis was great both my wife I have been buying new and used cars since I was 16 I am now over 50 and have never had a better experience in my life. Louis was great both my wife and myself appreciate all the help he gave us and I was not once " pressured" into buying a car he basically let us do what we needed to do in choosing a car. After we chose the car he introduced us to his finace guy who also was great .and made my wife feel welcomed. Dont need to think twice where our next car is coming from. Bestrate all the way . I will be telling everyone I know!!!!! More
