All of my problems solved; love my new car When I first went to Best Rate Auto it was because I saw so many good reviews especially with Louis in particular, i went in there wanting a ford focu When I first went to Best Rate Auto it was because I saw so many good reviews especially with Louis in particular, i went in there wanting a ford focus for a low monthly payments which I got but unfortunately the car had some issues that the dealer had been unaware about but quickly took care of, well I just didn't feel safe in the car anymore even after the problems had been resolved, they allowed me to trade my car in and get another one without an issue. Louis and Matt really helped me in getting the car I've always wanted for just a little bit more in monthly payments and made sure I was completely satisfied before purchasing another one, I didn't feel pressured at all and felt like all of my concerns were cared about and taken care of. All of the employees are very friendly but I found Louis was the most helpful and will definitely recommend anyone to give him a visit, you won't be disappointed :D More

Going in to sign paperwork with a rambunctious 3 year old boy is not easy but again he went above and beyond to make our child comfortable on his couch watching cartoons until we were finished. We were also told that once a week for life we can get either the inside or outside of the vehicle cleaned FREE!! WORST CAR DEALER IN WINDSOR This place is the last place anyone should go to buy a car. In November 2014 we purchased a $17,000.00 dollar vechicle from them with a payout on our This place is the last place anyone should go to buy a car. In November 2014 we purchased a $17,000.00 dollar vechicle from them with a payout on our current vechicle. Best Rate collected the money from the bank and held onto $10,000 pay-out for almost one month. Various phone calls to Matt in Finance and Mandy in service were meet with one lie after another. Finally they said the payout would be done and then they postdated the cheque...truly criminial actions on their part. They told me they would be giving me a cheque to compansate for all the stress caused to myself from being threatened to be suied from the company who held the loan on my trade-in..Never received a dime...Now we are faced with a 800.00 dollar repair bill because the radiator has a hole in it..2 months after we purchased it???? Again, lies lies and more lies from Best Rate as they offer to pay 300.00 dollars towards the repair until I said it would be a Licensed GMC dealer doing the repairs, well that didn't sit well as they wanted there own repair facility to do the repairs...Call me crazy but after all the trouble with this place why would I authorize them to touch my vechicle. Buyer beware this is not the place to deal with... Check out ONVIC site and read the pages of complaints filed against this dealership, also several fines given to them also. I wish I knew about this ONVIC site prior to going there. More
