Go somewhere else! I took in my van to have the rear brakes done and some bushings replaced on my front sway bar on a previous service order. I took it in about 10 in the morning, without an appointment. They tried to push Ford bushings which were not in stock. and they wanted me to wait a day until they could order them in. The van is over 10 years old and a Ford bought new from their dealership. I inquired about aftermarket, but he didn t even want to try to find any, and insisted Ford was a superior product. I have gone other places and they offer you a choice of quality of part. Not here. As I was leaving, I told the advisor I wanted the aftermarket bushings because it was ridiculous to be with out my van overnight. The van was to be ready by 5pm. No calls in between. I arrive at the dealership at 5:30 pm to find my vehicle has not moved at all. I went in and was given the story that he forgot to change the pick up time on my workorder. "My bad" was the response. Then he promised me that the vehicle would be finished by 7pm. Having no more ride, I walked to a local store 4 blocks away to kill an hour and a half. Go back at 7pm only to find out that they did the brakes but got another story that the bolts were seized on the sway bar and had to order new ones from Ford, so they could not do it. I would have to come back again. This was not the first time to get bad service from Bennett but is going to be the last. I have driven Fords since I was 18, but no more. As sad as this sounds, Canadian Tire is better for service and respecting their customers than either Bennett Dunlop or Capital Ford, and I can walk home from there. More

He was very patient with me in the process of being a first time buyer. He was very knowledgable about the process and eased me through it nicely. I didn't feel any pressure or need from him to make a sale. His main goal was to ensure I was getting a ride I deserved at a price I can afford. He asked me a lot of questions up front about what I was looking to get myself into and was quick to find a suitable match. We spent time looking at a Nissan, a vehicle from they received during a trade-in, and although no one in the company was extremely educated about everything with the vehicle they still went out of their way to find the answers to my questions and took the time to show me the feature and answer my questions as best they can. I really enjoyed working with Kurtis to get a vehicle purchased. He went above and beyond for me answering all my questions about buying a vehicle and educated me during the process of what to expect as a vehicle owner. If he was unsure of the correct response he did not hesitate to ask a team member to assist him with providing the correct information, which was greatly appreciated. He was genuinely excited to help me find the right ride and took time on his Saturday shift making the sale. I would definitely be coming back to Kurtis and Bennet for my next vehicle as the Customer Service was top notch. Well done Kurtis, thanks for making my first time buying a car an easy experience and thanks for being patient. I traded off my 2012 Dodge Journey and was given fantastic trade in value! They didn't dig the vehicle apart and question me on every detail about the vehicle like other dealerships have. Upgraded my vehicle I traded my '07' dodge for a '14' ford escape recently. Luis was very friendly and when i told him i was looking to trade in he got the pre approval good to go basically after my first test drive. Luis and Devin were excellent on meeting my needs in a vehicle, even got me one with a few extra perks that my fiancee and i really enjoy with the escape. I'm recommending BD ford to my family and friends that are looking for a new or used vehicle, or to trade in. Ill probably keep with ford as long as i keep running into great sales reps like luis when i go into the dealership. Great work work guys, a very happy customer. More
