Customer service satisfaction I just wanted to mention Kurtis Fehr in this review... Customer service has changed over the last 20 years, its more about margins and profits than it I just wanted to mention Kurtis Fehr in this review... Customer service has changed over the last 20 years, its more about margins and profits than it is about personal service. Big companies and corporations have forgotten how they got where they are today. But I do have to say that Kurtis has not forgotten good old fashioned customer service-making sure the customer is looked after and will recommend that company to all their friends and family and anyone who will listen to the way you were treated....as a person not just a number or a paycheque. I had an issue with my Escape and it turned out the first repair required a second repair, but Kurtis made sure I only had to pay once. For future reference especially for people like me who like their vehicles and do not want to trade in just because it is 7 years old, we do not mind paying for parts but when they know that one fix can cause another problem why not include this in the initial price??
