Considering I purchased it as new, I fully expect it to look new. Guess the X-Plan discount I got wasn't really a discount at all. And the pin code indicated on the owner's card they've given to me turns out to be wrong, which they can't explain why and just wrote the correct factory code on the service report. Check thoroughly even the most littlest of things before purchasing. Because once you have signed, they will be hard to get a hold of again. More

Big companies and corporations have forgotten how they got where they are today. But I do have to say that Kurtis has not forgotten good old fashioned customer service-making sure the customer is looked after and will recommend that company to all their friends and family and anyone who will listen to the way you were treated....as a person not just a number or a paycheque. I had an issue with my Escape and it turned out the first repair required a second repair, but Kurtis made sure I only had to pay once. For future reference especially for people like me who like their vehicles and do not want to trade in just because it is 7 years old, we do not mind paying for parts but when they know that one fix can cause another problem why not include this in the initial price??
