Going Above and Beyond I purchased a brand new 2014 F-150 my dream truck in Jan of 2015 and Derrick Zatylny gave me a great deal, unbelievable really, however about 18 month I purchased a brand new 2014 F-150 my dream truck in Jan of 2015 and Derrick Zatylny gave me a great deal, unbelievable really, however about 18 months passed and I realized I bitten off more than I could chew so emailed Derrick about if there is any possible solution of trading in the truck and getting into a lower payment vehicle. The thing that impressed me he didn't pre-judge me about why the xxxx did you buy the truck then, but just wanted to help out our situation and get me into a very nice brand new vehicle and at the same time drastically reducing my monthly payment. He went to work immediately continuously updating me on scenarios and solutions and vehicles. He even returned my emails on his day off , which is crazy. So he got me a great deal on a 2015 Focus, brand new, full warranty and was even able to work in winter tires into the price. The first truck I bought from Derrick was a 2014 Ford F150 XTR, it was exactly what we were looking for and we loved it right up until the accident. This is what sparked the purchase of the new Ford F150 Sport we have now. Derrick actually called me out of the blue the day after my husband was in an accident with the current truck to see if we were ready to upgrade to a new Ford. Timing couldn't have been more perfect! I wanted to surprise my husband with a new truck instead of just having the current one fixed. Derrick worked hard to get me into our new Ford quickly and quietly so my husband was none the wiser. He talked to the body shop to ensure they didn't spill the beans to my husband when he called in. I never even had to go into the dealership until the truck and paperwork was ready.
