talk about dissapointing Im a 26 ur old male . right now I can't even get a payday loan because of these guys . when I was 18 I Boughy my first new for with these guys, that y Im a 26 ur old male . right now I can't even get a payday loan because of these guys . when I was 18 I Boughy my first new for with these guys, that yr it got totaled and it was played out. Never missed a payment on this truck. And SGI settled the remainder owing on the truck. I than financed a brand new 94,000 truck from these guys all was all everything went well . for three years. In that three years I missed one payment by mistake. It was cleardsd up a week later . we moved on after having the truck for three yrs and only having another 18000 left till my truck was paid off. I was driving down broad street and a I seen this mustang . it was sweet. 22 inch rims ,exhaust , solid glads roof, I wanted it so bad so there I found myself trading my truck off in for it . about two weeks of messing around with these guys finally, i had to pay upfront 5 grand for these accessoricies cause they couldnt be financed and I was able to have it. They only paid out what was left owing on my truck and didn't credit anything towards the car witch I was lied to about. I was told Id recieve about 23000 credit towards the car. Plus truck would be paid off. And I'd just have the new payment to work on. After i oay 5 grand cash for accessoriciesm Fine and dandy . sign this that, pay 5 grand done got the keys drove this car home it's sweet. Happiest guy alive. The next day I took for a highway drive and I just couldn't figure out why but the car felt super rough . I began taking a look under the. Car around it cause I was told it had this sweet aftermarket suspension in it that could be adjusted. But looking at it I could see the suspension was already adjusted as tight as it could be. Well that's wierd. Than I seen it. The rear tires of the car chipped the fenders from these after market wheels and racing suspension . . I was furious, just traded off my truck I could of owned within next six months for this fancy car and noe the factory paint is chipped and cracked and I live in Saskatchewan . it was about the length of a toonie on the edge of the fender . I got on the phone and called and emailed Bennette. They tell me that's wiefd bring it in tomorow well look at it. Next day 8 am took it there. Left to work . 5 o cook rolls around still no word from them I call and they tell me we never had time to look at. So I'm even madder now . just left them the car all day and they never looked at it and what not .but he assured me they'd know first thing in am. Next day lunch time still not hearing from them I calk again. Buddy who I had to talk to gone on lunch . bing ten mins later I receive an email . it saying faulty suspension there changing it out now they car should be done by end of day . I calk again around 530 yup the guys still working on it u can pick it up in the morning . there gonna work late to get it done. I show up there 830 next morning to pick up car and I was talking to a fellow there and I find out that they installed racing suspension. For a ford focus on the car instead of a mustang suspension that's why the wheels rubbed the fenders . and now they wanted to order new tires and take wheel spacers off so this can never happen again . but in the mean time I'm being told they hook the car in to the body shop to fix the chips in the fender. . I tekk them wekk if its the right suspension in there now why can't I have my wheel spacers and the same tires . they just wanted to be sure it wouldn't hit again. I told them OK do what ever u have to when is the car coming in to have the chips fixed. Thursday they told me. OK left and brought var back Thursday morning . left . it wasn't even lunch time and I was. Called saying the car was done . I was like wow that's impressive. Come back there look. They used a touch up pen or something to fix it. U could still see it and tell. I was furious. At this point I tekk them you know what give me my truck back I'm tired of this . no no no sir this that they brought me down and made me promises. That would go and never happen. A month sent by and I couldn't get ford credit to do anything and the dealership just stop returning my calls . I'd go in there and I'd literally wait in the waiting room after being told someone be right out for hours. And no one would come out . I called and emailed everyone basically who has power at bennett and they'd refer me to this guy or that guy m it was a run around . and I'm getting no were. No its about winter time and now I can't even drive the car cause its not a winter vehicle . but the dealership isn't taking any innitive to fix it and ford credit keeps telling me it isn't there problem . the third month I holdnthe payment back . next day my phone was ringing. Boom now people want to talk . ford credit is saying it's not there fault and I'm telling them well it isn't mine. They tell me they will talk to dealership and find out what's up. Couple days later ford credit calls me back and they still just want money and never got any were really with Bennett. They go ahead and tell me that the dealership never even told the financing department all these accessories were on the car. I didn't ask for them they were on the car I thought that this is wat a California special mustang was . I've never bought one befor . so I find out that's why I had to pay the 5grand out front . just wait cause this keeps getting better. . ford credit is saying I have to make the payment cause of this or that. I said to them when the car is in the shop foxing what the messed up I'll send the payment. No it doesn't work like that sir. I said well someone has to do something cause I no I sure as heck didn't do this. Someone will call me bak . week go by nothing finally a phone call . sir can u please just make a payment . I refused cause nothing has been done yet. . a month later still nothing than I get a phone calls . a guy telling Mr he is a repo man. I told him the story and said yo him he fan take the car but I'll be keeping my wheels exhaust suspension out of Car cause ei paid cash for them . he says to me I can't do that. Me and him battle it out for a couple weeks. Finally some on from way high up in ford candada chain of command contacts me. He's flying in to Regina from calagary to settle this problem with me. He'd be here the next day netting him around 11 at some fancy lawyers office the next day. My stupid self believeing this was all finally gonna get fixed. Left the car on my drive way and went to this meeting downtown . I got about ten mins away my wife calks and says someone is Yowing the car . head for home. Gone when I get there head back downtown. O sorry sir ur appointment wa half hour ago Amd u missed it. . now I'm choked. . in the end of this whole situation I don't have my truc i basocally paid off , don't have the car, don't have my five grand , and don't have the accessories. To this day I try and call to figure out what there gonna do about this situation and I still get ignored and treating like a piece of garbage. You guys are straight up criminals and selfish people. I'd never recommend Bennett to anyone . theyve sold my truck sold my car and screwed my credit raithing over I can't even buy a cracker jack . all be cause they installed a ford focus suspension on a mustang I am some how to blame for all this cause I seen a nice car and wanted it. Buyers be aware of these guys they may have good reviews but xxxx I know I'm not the only one who has been treated unfairly . and don't worry Bennett I am working on something for you . More
