Good experience buying the car sales team and financial was friendly happy and easy to deal with. If you go into service no one wants to look up at you or acknowledge you until they are the one forced to. was friendly happy and easy to deal with. If you go into service no one wants to look up at you or acknowledge you until they are the one forced to. I understand they are busy but a nice quick “Hi there! Sorry busy day someone will be right with you!” Goes along way instead of letting people stand around watching the employees frantically typing and starring at their computer screen, while the customer is wondering what’s going on, thinking to themselves “am I invisible right now?” Same thing in quick lane service. Yes they are busy on their computers I get that but a Quick glance up from the computer and a “hello be right with you” would go along way with me and the three other customers standing in the waiting area wondering when your going to be acknowledged. Letting your customers stand around In silence staring at each other is awkward and unnecessary . Other then that once you are acknowledged in quick lane the customer service is then very good! Amanda and Ben in quick lane are both great to work with! More
