I bought a used vehicle here, and I definitely would not recommend this dealership to another person; I got a good deal on my vehicle, however, the entire sales process and post sales experience is not some recommend this dealership to another person; I got a good deal on my vehicle, however, the entire sales process and post sales experience is not something I’d want another person to deal with. Lack of professionalism, lack of attentiveness, and combativeness are just a few things I had to deal with; I’ve never had a sales manager and sales person NOT want to sell me a vehicle or raise their voice at me before and feel less like a valued customer. The service department is the only silver lining here - I’ve gotten some great service from the Quick Lane and any work done on my vehicle was done with integrity. But I’d never buy another vehicle here, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Even after talking to loyalty via email, there’s been no follow up, so that just shows how much they really don’t care.
