Having been scarred by the arrogance and lack of professional treatment at other Toyota dealerships around town, Bel-Air removed that stigma of having a bad car buying experience. I was told by another dealership that I was not going to get a better deal than what they were offering. Well, not only did I get a better deal on the same vehicle at Bel-Air, but the process on how we agreed on a deal was pleasant. I got the lowest price on the vehicle, more for my trade-in, and a better financial rate than anywhere else. My salesman JP was courteous and worked diligently on our deal, while the sales manager Geoff was able to offer his wealth of knowledge and reassurance that we could get a deal done. At no point did I experience any negativity. The other staff members I interacted with for the delivery of the vehicle were also very pleasant. If you are looking to buy a Toyota, take my advice and head straight to Bel-Air. You will save yourself time, save money, and get the best experience from them. More

Very professionnalisme and courteous I had just been solds a car that did not exist from a Hyundai dealership and was not impressed with how they handled it. Then I went to a Subaru deale I had just been solds a car that did not exist from a Hyundai dealership and was not impressed with how they handled it. Then I went to a Subaru dealership and during our conversation, the representative was taking deep breathes and rolled his eyes a couple of times. I thought it was a sign of disrespect and boredom. This is my first time buying a car. The Toyota representative Mr. Nounou Chetibi greeted me with politeness and a smile. He was very attentive to what I was looking for and treated me with respect. He took as much time as I needed and answered all my questions. He told me he was going to follow up with a phone call a couple of days after my purchase and he did. I took my vehicle to Bel Air for a regular scheduled servicing, which includes a number of inspections. Two issues about the quality of Bel Air's reporting on inspections. First, neither the paper sheet nor the service representative were able to tell me the state of the items (ie. brakes) inspected, other than a verbal response when asked that "they must be OK". Second, the list of things inspected did not correspond to the list of things that were to be inspected. For example, the work was also to include an inspection of the cabin air filter, but this was not included in the list of things that were completed. When I asked the service representative (Tony) about this he said "there are so many filters we can't list them all or the form would be too long, but it must have been done" He could not say why some things were listed as done and not others, but only assured me that it must have been done. He actually said "I know there are other places that have better reporting, but this is just the way we rolll" Wow. This is an example of how not to do customer service. I still don't actually know if the cabin filter was inspected, or what the status of my brakes is. More
