I was told by another dealership that I was not going to get a better deal than what they were offering. Well, not only did I get a better deal on the same vehicle at Bel-Air, but the process on how we agreed on a deal was pleasant. I got the lowest price on the vehicle, more for my trade-in, and a better financial rate than anywhere else. My salesman JP was courteous and worked diligently on our deal, while the sales manager Geoff was able to offer his wealth of knowledge and reassurance that we could get a deal done. At no point did I experience any negativity. The other staff members I interacted with for the delivery of the vehicle were also very pleasant. If you are looking to buy a Toyota, take my advice and head straight to Bel-Air. You will save yourself time, save money, and get the best experience from them. More

Very professionnalisme and courteous I had just been solds a car that did not exist from a Hyundai dealership and was not impressed with how they handled it. Then I went to a Subaru dealership and during our conversation, the representative was taking deep breathes and rolled his eyes a couple of times. I thought it was a sign of disrespect and boredom. This is my first time buying a car. The Toyota representative Mr. Nounou Chetibi greeted me with politeness and a smile. He was very attentive to what I was looking for and treated me with respect. He took as much time as I needed and answered all my questions. He told me he was going to follow up with a phone call a couple of days after my purchase and he did.
