I was acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door and my appointment was on time. Marc was very helpful and did not pressure me into to buying a new car. Marc did his best in getting me a fair trade for my old car so that I could buy a new Rav 4. Everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and professional. Hannah was also very patient with me when explaining the instrument panels on the new car as I have difficulty with the new technology on the new cars these days. I was told by another dealership that I was not going to get a better deal than what they were offering. Well, not only did I get a better deal on the same vehicle at Bel-Air, but the process on how we agreed on a deal was pleasant. I got the lowest price on the vehicle, more for my trade-in, and a better financial rate than anywhere else. My salesman JP was courteous and worked diligently on our deal, while the sales manager Geoff was able to offer his wealth of knowledge and reassurance that we could get a deal done. At no point did I experience any negativity. The other staff members I interacted with for the delivery of the vehicle were also very pleasant.
