We also appreciated that Elena Olifirenko accepted that we did not want any extras and did not waste our time by pressuring us. Hannah Carpenter was amazing. She was efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable. She set up my phone for the car in seconds, when it would have taken me so much time and perhaps I would never have bothered to set it up. It amazed me how she knew all the functions of the car and took the time to go through them with us. Hannah even suggested a picture of us with the car and then took a few. Really nice. New Tacoma and RAV4 We were in the market for a used car to replace my 13 year old car. We chose Bel Air Toyota because our son purchased his Camry there and recommended We were in the market for a used car to replace my 13 year old car. We chose Bel Air Toyota because our son purchased his Camry there and recommended that we start our search there. On entering Bel Air we were immediately welcomed by Geoff (manager) and he recommended that we talk with Lawrence (Lance) and that he would take care of all our needs. We originally intended to replace my car with a used car and then potentially six months later replace my husband's truck. We were so impressed with the service of the Bel Air team and the quality of the vehicles that we upgraded to purchasing a new RAV4 for me and a new Tacoma for my husband (at the same time). Lance went over and above to ensure we understood everything and provided us with excellent service. Hanna was also very good (and patient) when we picked up our vehicles, explaining all the new technology to us that we had never used before. It was a bit of a learning curve but Hanna was so knowledgeable and helpful that we caught on quickly. Of particular note as well, is the excellent help I got from Marc (vehicle registration) when I requested Veteran plates for my new car. Let's just say that Marc went above and beyond to get me my Veteran plates and I really appreciated it. Everyone we dealt with at Mcarther Bel Air were pleasant, helpful and professional. They made the whole process of deciding what we wanted, the purchase and delivery of our two new vehicles very easy. They even managed to help us sell my husband's truck to one of their team. New car purchase We recently visited Bel Air Toyota, as we were in the market to purchase our 5th Toyota Camry (trading approx. every 8 years on average) from this dea We recently visited Bel Air Toyota, as we were in the market to purchase our 5th Toyota Camry (trading approx. every 8 years on average) from this dealership. Upon entering, we were greeted by Marc Bourbonnais. He made us feel comfortable, did not pressure us, but rather looked after our interest in purchasing a new Camry, and trading in our previous 2011 Camry. He commenced searching for a trade-in value for our old Camry, and with the assistance of the Sales Manager, we were able to come to a deal on the purchase of the new Camry. Everyone we interacted with was very professional. When we picked up our new purchase, Hannah was excellent at explaining the various features of the new vehicle, including all of the new high tech features, included with the instrument panels. She was also very helpful in setting up some of the apps and Bluetooth applications. We have continually returned to Bel Air Toyota for their excellent service and assistance.
