Awesome Experience!! We arrived later in the evening on a Monday night and were met by an enthusiastic and very easy to deal with salesman (Peter) in the parking lot. We knew what we were looking for and he helped us get what we wanted. Experience was entirely different than the one we experienced closer to home - worth the drive to Barrie! Great customer service beyond my expectations.!!! I was so appreciative of the expertise and personal service my grandson and I received recently from service associate Kim I am a long time custom I was so appreciative of the expertise and personal service my grandson and I received recently from service associate Kim I am a long time customer of Baytowne Hyundai so when my 19 year old grandson experienced a very stressful and costly situation about a used Hyundai ( his first car purchase ) he had bought from another car dealer in Barrie , I immediately called Baytowne for advice. Thankfully Kim was very knowledgeable about this and in a very timely manner, addressed it and was able to determine there was a recall on this issue and the car would be fixed at no charge to my grandson. Not only did Kim deal with our car problem in a very professional manner, she went above and beyond to reassure us and make a very stressful time much easier to cope with. I have been a customer of Baytowne Hyundai for 20 years and have always received satisfactory customer service but this last experience exceeds any of my expectations. Thankyou to Baytowne Hyundai for employing exceptional associates like Kim. More

Puttibg Safety At Risk Horrible customer service in service department. Took over a month to get an appointment for oil change. My Electronic Stability Control light came on Horrible customer service in service department. Took over a month to get an appointment for oil change. My Electronic Stability Control light came on- called to get it looked out to find out if it's safe to drive...got told they couldn't/ wouldn't do it till middle of the week! I commute almost 2 hours to work; not acceptable! Called Orillia Hyundai and they got me in as soon as I got there. Let's just say I have switched dealerships! Such a joke of a dealership....they're going to allow an accident one day by their lack of concern More
Poor estimate of time required to service car Had a sour taste after having my car service for transmission oil sensor replacement to deal with check engine code p0711. After researching code gene Had a sour taste after having my car service for transmission oil sensor replacement to deal with check engine code p0711. After researching code general comments online was 2 hour job. Was qouted 2-3 hours so I agreed to do work. 5 hours later and approx $600 I had to instigate some action to get my car back. I assume mechanic knew what he was doing, I guess I will find out soon. The service rep did call after 1-1/2 hrs but that was it. Initial service rep was nowhere to be found after 5 hrs so Michael was nice enough to finish my service. Overall this is not customer service. Will take my business in future to higher rated dealer. More
