My wife purchased a car from this dealership 2 years ago and has nothing but problems from the start. The service department has gone as far as lying in my opinion to avoid providing service under the warranty of the vehicle. More

Go to Orillia Hyundai Service guys are not professional. Complaints and concerns never got resolved. My cars air intake cover was off because of them made a funny sound and Service guys are not professional. Complaints and concerns never got resolved. My cars air intake cover was off because of them made a funny sound and they insisted it was a characteristic of the engine. I wish I never bought my car there. Trust me go to Orillia! More
