The staff at Baytowne was friendly and inviting and made me feel very comfortable. My sales rep, Richard, answered all my questions, I had a lot of questions, and he never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Marla, in the finance department, was very thorough and knowledgeable. I have 3 Siberian Huskies that ride along with me and she understood what having these dogs in the car is like. She helped me make the best decisions based on what I would be using my vehicle for with the dogs and I added a few extra protection items that I otherwise would not have thought about.
