Oil Change Hassles and Lifetime Free Squeaky Brakes! Wife and I had a Grand Caravan with a "Gold Plan" warranty which included oil changes so we kept bringing it to our local dealership Bay and King Chry Wife and I had a Grand Caravan with a "Gold Plan" warranty which included oil changes so we kept bringing it to our local dealership Bay and King Chrysler. We are long time Bay and King customers, bought a car from them back when they actually were located at Bay and King. Anyways. Bay and King now is a sort of 'flashy' service place with multiple service desk drive in bays, "greeters" and free (good) coffee. The oil changes however became a constant hassle. That van had a 3.6 V6, which is a great motor, but has and internal oil filter located at the top of the motor. To do an oil change properly on a 3.6 takes a few minutes more that it did on older motors which had disposable oil filters at the bottom of the motor, and Bay and King just can't be bothered to do it correctly. After every oil change the oil level was too high and the oil looked dirty (ie they weren't allowing all the old oil to drain). I talked to the service manager about this but they really just don't give a crap. Second problem was that one time I also asked for the rear brakes to be service - I thought "factory trained technicians" could do brakes. They were squeaky from then on, enough that passengers complained and other drivers would look at me when slowing for red lights etc. I then paid again for rear brake servicing, waited for hours while they did that and missed a meeting, but they still squeaked. Again, I have discussed all this with the service manager George Damovski many times, I told him I would be posting here about my problems, and he really just doesn't care. Their shop is always busy so I guess it doesn't matter to them. I have had various warranty work done at Bay and King over the years and never had a problem, but I can't recommend them for routine work such as oil changes or brake services. 01/27/2019 comment. I had never understood why the oil would always look dirty even after the 'oil changes' at Bay and King. Once it was out of warranty I did the oil changes myself and the oil now stays clean, a little brown just before a change is due but clean after. The oil level is correct after a oil change now also. I still think they were just lazy and didn't drain all the oil before refilling, or they simply don't do the change at all sometimes. Larger jobs such as timing belt changes on other vehicles we have owned all turned out well. I would go elsewhere for brakes and oil changes. More

Just purchased my first vehicle this past week. Bay King Chrysler is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a wide variety of new and pre-owned vehicles. The staff is ext this past week. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, and understanding of customers' interests and requirements. I truly felt like apart of the family as soon as I entered the doors as their customer service was amazing! The building and property are both beautiful and well designed, felt great being on the property and saw plenty of cars that I was interested in. Also, I received incredible service from one of the Sales Representatives, Jim Coons, who made my decision a lot easier and had everything ready to go in just a couple days! If I had to advise anyone on where to search for their next automobile it would certainly be Bay King Chrysler. I look forward to going into the dealership again, as I know it is a place where I will be treated with tremendous respect and honesty! More

I believe not only is a reliable vehicle a necessity to have but also that the company I am buying from are passionate about the safety and quality of their vehicles they are selling to their customers. When Bay King says they are "an industry leader in family customer service" I believe this to be true because they made me feel like I was a part of this family they have at Bay King Chrysler. I had various recommendations from friends here and there to try out a lease, buy new, etc. But after talking with the Bay King team, I knew that they wanted the best for me. I am very happy with my decision and their service. I know that I will continue to be cared for and valued in the future. Thanks Bay King! More

Bay King was by far hands down the most friendly and accomodating for my Dad! The entire team at Bay King made by Dad feel welcomed and important! Carmen the sales rep was super friendly and very helpful. Carmen did not pressure my Dad at anytime to buy a certain car he let him test drive a few cars! When my Dad decided on a car Carmen and Jamie (the Manager of bay king) went out of their way make my Dad's new car purchase very easy!! My Dad picked up his new 2015 Chrysler 200 lx last Monday and he is very happy with his new car. Carm told us if we had any questions we could call him@bay king or on his cellphone! It is very rare nowadays that you get that extra special customer service! We will definitely recommend Bay king to all our neighbors, friends and family!! I was then asked were I had it serviced and I said another dealer ( Bay king told me to take it there) and they said I was lying. Next talked to the service manager what and wow boy now I'm at fault here "DIDNT GET IT SERVICE HERE SO ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM". Left the dealer feeling like crap, I'm out 60K for truck that probably wont make it to 100k STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More

service deptment took my mopar in for breaks, aliment, window wipers,cpl recalls and other service and ALL work had to be redone elsewhere i would not take my car the took my mopar in for breaks, aliment, window wipers,cpl recalls and other service and ALL work had to be redone elsewhere i would not take my car there ever again and i will not purchase a car from there again either my family has dealt with this palce for 30 yrs but never again service manager is a dick and the mechanics are 3rd rate please do not take your car to bay king as you will be paying to get work done again More
