My Experience I am glad to see that the service area are changing and adding basic checks included tire measurements and hopefully more. In the last 8 months, jus I am glad to see that the service area are changing and adding basic checks included tire measurements and hopefully more. In the last 8 months, just days after visiting the service department, I found out that I needed new tires, and brakes that were not identified in the dealership. I was surprised. These were very noticeable, even to me, due to the noise, unfortunately, the dealer did not notice, so had to take my vehicle elsewhere to get these basic maintenance issues resolved. I had expected more through the dealer. The service manager Gary, did speak to me during the last visit, and assured me, additional checks are being added. So that is great! More

Peter (in finance) was informative and helpful throughout the process and assisted me with the questions I had. He was able to explain different types of loans, and how interest works very clearly. I had no problem finding a place to park my car and shortly after I got out I was greeted by Josh Howarth who asked me a few questions so we could start looking at vehicles. I really wanted a Jeep again as I have had one in the past but wanted to keep within a budget. Josh showed me a few excellent used Jeeps as well as asked it I would like to see a Charger and a Challenger. The Charger they have is an amazing deal and I almost went for it. We then started talking about new and at that point I thought I wouldn't be able to get enough trade in for my current vehicle as I still had a year left on it. Josh through together an amazing quote for me with some assistance from other team members and they were able to pay out my new vehicle complete as well as fit a Brand New Jeep within the Budget I wanted. The whole team there works very cohesively to make the experience amazing. More
