My Experience I am glad to see that the service area are changing and adding basic checks included tire measurements and hopefully more. In the last 8 months, just days after visiting the service department, I found out that I needed new tires, and brakes that were not identified in the dealership. I was surprised. These were very noticeable, even to me, due to the noise, unfortunately, the dealer did not notice, so had to take my vehicle elsewhere to get these basic maintenance issues resolved. I had expected more through the dealer. The service manager Gary, did speak to me during the last visit, and assured me, additional checks are being added. So that is great! More
