I emailed to inquire about the vehicle Wednesday night at maybe 8:00 pm, I heard from Mike Afrasiabi within minutes, test drove the jeep the next morning and signed for it before his shift was done at 3 pm. With a not-so-good experience with the purchase of my current car, this was a great experience and I could not be happier! Mike was so personable, helpful, with lots of experience in the field (which was evident), and most importantly to me, was honest and real in answering my questions and making suggestions. I had plans to test drive two more jeeps that day and cancelled right after I left Bay King. In addition, the ‘money’ part is always a touchy subject I find, and Peter Mackey was just as great as Mike in discussing my best financing options. What I found saying to my friends and coworkers after was that I felt like they were guiding my decision as they would their own daughters, which was very heart warming to me. I am 24 with two jobs, and I am currently doing my masters so finding a car that was the best fit for me in regards to model and price, as well as dealing with personnel that is respectful and honest is super important to me, so I cannot thank you enough. I am SO excited to pickup my jeep tomorrow morning! Highly recommended, and I will be returning :) More

Best in the business costumer service I was involved in a motor vehicle collision and found myself having to buy a new car rather quickly as I need transportation for my employment. I researched different jeeps in the area that were for sale. I have always loved the jeep Cherokee and when I saw the Jeep Cherokee sport Altitue I knew I had to have it. As luck would have it I found this vehicle on Sunday when they were closed so I wait until Monday morning. When I called I had the pleasure of speaking with Dan Luton and he informed me that vehicle had been sold on saturday. I was crushed. I told him if you find me one just like it same pacakage same colour I'll be there tonight with cash in hand to buy it. He made no promises but said he'd see what he can find. I phoned 12 other dealerships from Barrie to Windsor and no one had that jeep left. I was devestated. Dan phoned back an hour later saying he found one in Saskatchewan and officiously that was to far. I told him my offer still stands if you come up with one. To my surprise he called me back with great news he had the owner of at king call around to the other dealerships to see if anyone had one which was not listed in the database of inventory. His efforts prevailed he found me one. I've never had someone work so hard to find me what I want. He was very professional and never did he make me feel pressured in adding the extras like tires, under spray for rust or the paint coat they add on new vehicles. I will be purchasing all my vehicles from bay king from now on and I've sent all my family and friends there when they're interested in a new car. I would 100% suggest you go in and let them help you with your next vehicle purchase. More
