Great service I was aware of a couple of minor issues prior to vehicle being dropped off. It was just supposed to be a an oil change and tire rotation. I knew the w I was aware of a couple of minor issues prior to vehicle being dropped off. It was just supposed to be a an oil change and tire rotation. I knew the wipers were getting worse for wear prior to going in and that the washer fluids were low. Dealership called to say the car was done - fluids had been topped up and they advised "your wipers" are due to be changed which they proceeded to do. Dealership also cleaned up the car inside and out so it looked brand new when it was picked up. More

He was not only courteous and friendly..but very helpful and pleasant.. we weren't rushed into anything... upon taking our vehicle home we noticed. there were 2 issues.. we made an appointment for 2 days later at the service department.. however, when we got there.. the booking was for the next week.. But, our service man was very understanding of our mistake.. and, after telling us it would take a little longer.. squeezed us in for that day!.. We love our new ride!.. and the service technician treated us more like family..than a number in the system!.. i would recommend Bay King to anyone!.. great service! Edd and Joanne Gera More
Had transmission problems i had problems with my 4 wheel drive, seems my transfer case was bad due to lack of lubrication, there was no sign of leakage also had to have a shif i had problems with my 4 wheel drive, seems my transfer case was bad due to lack of lubrication, there was no sign of leakage also had to have a shifter cable replaced, we did have some communication issues and was not happy with the cable repair, after Pat explained about the transfer case and searching for a used one they were able to replace it they also did not charge for some additional parts needed and also gave me a rental because of the length of time required for the repair. Overall i was happy with the mechanic and Pat, they looked after me and we all learned some valuable lessons, I will continue to go back for service for my Jeep More

Two Vehicles, five recalls I had received 2 recalls notices from Chrysler/Dodge on our 2013 Journey and 2 other on the 2009 Journey. I booked different service dates with Bay I had received 2 recalls notices from Chrysler/Dodge on our 2013 Journey and 2 other on the 2009 Journey. I booked different service dates with Bay-King for the two vehicles. Prior to each date I received a reminder. The reception area is so easy to navigate -- you just drive in and an Associate comes and takes your vehicle off your hands and you are directed inside to a Service Manager who quickly does the necessary paper work. Since the cars had to be there for most of the day, it was necessary to use the company shuttle. The driver that I had was most personable and accommodating in delivering me to my house and picking me up later. The cars were finished within the allotted time. To my surprise, staff at Bay-King had noticed a further recall on the 2009 vehicle and completed the same that day. All in all it was a most positive experience. More

They took the time to review what services I should anticipate being completed according to my vehicle mileage, as well as what might require to be done, providing me with a quote for both. When it was determined that the additional service was required, they informed me immediately to ensure that it was acceptable to proceed. A very very different experience than the last dealship service department I went to. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here from now on. More
