With a 9am appointment, waited 2.5 hrs just to be told what Arrived promptly for 9am appointment. After 2.5 hrs and watching others come and go, I was told they know what the part was and that it would be $175 Arrived promptly for 9am appointment. On the phone, girl confirmed under warranty (5yr extended) only to find out after waiting 2.5hrs that this simple part only covered for 3yrs (which I was barely a month over). I told the service department when I arrived that a 2hr wait for someone who had an appointment was unacceptable. And then to wait 2.5hrs only to find out it's not under warranty?? Thankfully manager came out - I think the girl new I was loosing my patience - to inform me they are doing me a favour and going to "Goodwill" this. I had to bite my tongue as I was ready to do battle. Just a half hour later, I was on my way. Why did people get out even though they came in behind me... hmmmm... some oth the others waiting were telling their own stories of dissatisfaction!! More
We were looking for a repacement for our 2007 Caravan When we got there we met Landon and he got us a great deal on a Caravan that fit our needs without any hassels. I consider myself quite handy and capable of dealing with a lot of vehicle issues. After bringing in my Nitro with a 'Gascap' warning, I suspected a loose connection of the filler hose at the tank. Not wanting to drop the tank I took it in for the repair. Not only did I discover it was the ESIM unit, but how much work it would have been for me to replace. The bill was much lower than I expected for such a job, but the job was done much quicker than i expected due to the training and knowledge of the tech's that did the repair. From now on I will stick to only the most basic of auto repairs and leave anything I have the slightest doubts about to the professionals! More

On our final trip, we noticed a problem with my Dodge Nitro, Being four hours away from home, with niether internet access or phone book, I immedietly called Mac Lang in Sundridge, as they have taken excellant care of us and our vehicles for many years. They suggested I call Bay King, and gave me a phone number. From my first conversation with Gary, I felt reassured. I can bake a great apple pie but I can't tell you much about the mechanics of my truck. Although I could offer him no clue as to the problem, he told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. Keep in mind this was happening right at closing time! The next morning, Aleka called me with a diagnosis and a cost estimate. I was greatly relieved, and thru my conversations with each of your staff, I felt that I was in good hands. I was very much reminded again of Mac Lang,as the level of customer service was exceptional. When I explained to Gary that I would have to leave my vehicle for a week until I could make arrangements to get back down to Hamilton, he told me that was no problem. Once more, I felt that I was a valued customer and not just a one-off repair for a visitor. When the time comes for our son to purchase his first vehicle, he will come to Bay King. We would absolutely reccomend Bay King to anyone who is thinking about a Dodge Chrysler vehicle in the Hamilton area, and from the bottom of my heart, I thank each and everybody I spoke with.
