Lied about prior damage Bavaria BMW intentionally hid damage from me when purchasing my vehicle. The damage was worth almost 25% the total cost of the vehicle, and when I ask Bavaria BMW intentionally hid damage from me when purchasing my vehicle. The damage was worth almost 25% the total cost of the vehicle, and when I asked about it they lied to my face. In the paperwork, there was a small note saying "EST 8600". When I discussed this with the salesman he informed me it was the estimated sales tax based on what the vehicle was worth brand new. He then pointed to a note that says "CarProof shows clean" and confirmed that the vehicle had no damage on record before moving on to other parts of the sale. According to AMVIC that little note constitutes a full disclosure of damage. 3 years later I discovered the damage and confronted Bavaria. Turns out Bavaria has a policy saying that if a vehicle was damaged, the purchaser must initial the Carproof to avoid situations like this. Strangely enough, my initials aren't on the Carproof. My copy of the paperwork doesn't have a Carproof in it, only there's does. What's worse is the damage was never fixed properly. Not only did they lie to me about the damage, they let me drive out in a potentially unsafe vehicle. After being yelled at by a sales manager, everyone at the dealership started dodging my calls and ignoring me. Eventually I got through to the owner who set up a meeting with me. He told me "there's a difference between morally and legally wrong, I would hate for someone to pull this on my kid". Unfortunately, that's about all he did for me. He wasn't willing to buy back the vehicle, saying at one point, "We would never buy a vehicle with damage on it". In hindsight I suppose I didn't do all my necessary due diligence, but I thought that purchasing a vehicle from Bavaria BMW would alleviate some of that. They throw the word integrity around a lot, but clearly that's meaningless to them. I would advise anyone considering Bavaria BMW not to buy a vehicle from them, and if you decide to, be incredibly careful. Don't take the salesman's word for anything, apparently they can just lie to you about what an acronym means on the contract and get away with it. Bavaria makes you feel like they care about you, but they are just worried about their bottom line. Exercise extreme caution if you choose to deal with them. More

A Great Brand, A Great Dealership I recently purchased a 2015 BMW X5 from Bavaria BMW and just took it in for it's first service the other day. When I purchased the SUV I had a great buying experience. Jason Spicer was really good to deal with and shown strong knowledge about the X5 and of the brand as a whole, I find this to be very important as people working at dealerships should have a passion for cars not just work there just because. The other day I had a small electrical fault with my X5 and let Jonathan Osores know about it, he was quick to book me in to get my X5 serviced and it was done ahead of schedule, my suv was returned to me sparkling clean and with water bottles in all the cup holders, small touch but it's appreciated and makes me as the customer feel appreciated by the dealership. Overall I couldn't recommend this dealership more, and they have earned me as a customer for a long time to come. More

I was curious about me getting a new car and this how I meet Michael Wozniak and we talk about my current financing with the 335XI. He told me wow your paying to much for your current car and you can get a new model for same payment as your making now. Kingsley the finance director choice the right car for the deal and made it work. I got my approval yesterday and today I pick up my 2013 BMW 328xi. There some hiccups but since my car has warranty it will be taken care off. Once you have a BMW its hard to go for another brand. When your at top its hard to go back down. More
Worst Experience/Horrible service I have BMW 335I which was purchased in year 2011 and is still under warranty. Recently I had engine issues in my car and I had taken it to the deale I have BMW 335I which was purchased in year 2011 and is still under warranty. Recently I had engine issues in my car and I had taken it to the dealership for fixing but they did not respond on timely manner. My car is still there for a week now and they do not reply or answer to my calls. I had asked for the replacement car but they did not give it to me. You can imagine how much trouble for me going to the work everyday. Shouldn't they provide me a replacement car for the time being when they are fixing it? It’s been a nightmare for me to contact these guys and trying to get my car fixed. I have tried calling the dealership–Bavaria BMW Edmonton several times but they do not respond, or reply to the calls. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody, their service is terrible More

Poor customer service -Bavaria Brought BMW X5 to Bavaria BMW for summer tires installing and replacement of one back tire at 1230. Got shuttle to the restaurant near by 5 mins away. The service person, Michelle, stated that the vehicle Should be done by 3 pm. At 245pm, received a call saying that has no tire available in stock. Gave me option if I want to leave the SUV overnight or take the it home with the one tire that has metal nail on it. As explained that the one tire will be arrived at 1100 tomorrow. I said it would be better to leave the car there but i need a shuttle home. She denided, stated that we can only make one transfer. So I asked, is it safe to drive the car with a one back defected tire home? She then said if it is not running over 80km/ hr., also mention to top up the tire pressure to last till tomorrow. Then I told her that I need to consult with somebody and will call her back. With in 2 mins, while I am talking to my husband, she called back. Stated that they can leave thoses winter tires on but I have to bring the car back tomorrow for replacement. I told her that I am not available tomorrow morning and I want to leave the car there so it will b ready for to pick in the afternoon when I am available. And I also need a ride home. Still not offer any alternate options. I told her that it is shouldnt take this long for you guys to find out that you don't the tire on stock and you guys should show some responsibilities for letting me wait from 1230-1445 to find out that nothing have been done. She went to talk to somebody and came up with solution that they will pay for a taxi fare to my home and will get shuttle to pick me up when the car is ready. This shows poor judgmental and trying to push away the mess they made to their own customer who pay for their services. If I didn't get assertive to her, I wouldn't get any alternate option. Also there is safety concern that should be taken to consideration seriously. Ignoring their customer'safety is unacceptable.This upper management should review this safety issue further, if they care for their business or customers. One hour later I got a shuttled back to Bavaria BMW to pick up some documents in the vehicle. I requested to talk to a service manager to express my concern.I had spoken to Amy, the manage for service department, they told. First of all, she has no personal skill and very rude. She didn't even look at me but keeping typing on her computer while I was expressing my concern to her. She noticed that I stopped talking (because I don't get why she has to be so rude).She responded that she e-mailing out to find out where is the tire will come from. I explained that I am not happy about that I have to wait until 15 mins to 3 pm ( pick up time) to learned that no tire available in stock. She replied that the appointment time I have was made at the appointment department not with the mechanical service department. So buy the time the mechanic available to see my car it was almost 130pm. She also gave metaphor that it is like when I have to wait for my doctor appointment. This shown that she has no emphatic and no brain. She might have forgot that we pay for the service and people expect quality out of it. I almost tell her that people expect to wait to see a doctor because we have a universal health care ( free to all) and shortage of physicians. But I didn't as I don't want to be rude. She mentioned that this is common for the waiting time everywhere else even with her own Jaguar. I do not care what kind of car she drive, what I concern is the service quality. She should do some more research about her job, since she is called manager. There are some other dealership such as Lexus, Mercedes, Toyota, and Nisan that provide better service and customer relationship. These dealerships ientio ed above are more reliable and appriciate their customers. Most of the staff at Babaria BMW appear to be so superior even with their own customers who keep their business running, I feel. In my view, BMW has a high class vehicle but a low class service. I would not recommend to anybody for the service department. More
