Zero stars. Horrible experience. They lost the key to our car. They think just replacing the key will be fine. It’s not because one of their employees could have our car key and our address. Warranty work/recall. The service started off a little rocky, as there was no shuttle service, and my car had to stay over night. The work was performed in a timely manner and some service requirements (recall) i didn't know about were completed as well. The staff are great, I will continue to bring my Atlas there for service and maintenance when needed. More
I scheduled a seasonal tire switch. The service personnel indicated that there would be a minor delay in the service. I was kept updated by the service advisor of the progress being made. The advisor also provided me with info on my options for purchasing additional rims in the fall. Very helpful. In the end, there was only a 15 minute delay in getting the tires switched. Very professional operation. Dennis More

Great service despite the challenges of COVID-19 I was very grateful that the service department was able to take my car, despite all the challenges of this terrible virus. They were responsive and totally on the ball and kept me informed about what to do around picking up my car after the work had been done and on how to pay for my service. Thank you, guys! Was done within two hours as expected. I waited around and went for a walk and all went according to plan. I wasn’t able to get all the items addressed on my vehicle as there still is a list since my last and went for a walk and all went according to plan. This is only a one year old new vehicle and the window still whistles and rattles and the brakes need replacing again. However was not able to do any of that as not enough time and couldn’t wait around that long. Hopefully next time we can continue to try to address all these items that have existed since purchase.
