SERVICE... 15000 My vehicle was in for a 15000 km maintenance... I check my oil on a regular basis... I checked the level when I arrived home and again the following m My vehicle was in for a 15000 km maintenance... I check my oil on a regular basis... I checked the level when I arrived home and again the following morning only to find that the oil was overfilled by at least a quart/litre... In my experience over filling oil is just as harmful as under filling... The outside temp gage was also to be recalibrated... this I found is still 3 to 5 cl out... Overall I am happy with the service department... However, I do not understand how a qualified tech can make a mistake of oil level??? More

Volkswagen Experience I went into Volkswagen, and had previously been told that an issue I was experiencing was my breaks. I then went in this time and Steve went out in my I went into Volkswagen, and had previously been told that an issue I was experiencing was my breaks. I then went in this time and Steve went out in my car with me to hear the noise that I had tried to tell the last person when I was here. He then explained to me WHAT exactly was making the noise rather than telling me to go back to where I got my breaks done which immediately made this experience better than the last. I also spoke with Jodi and Chris who were both very nice as well! It was a good experience. More

Quick solution to my problem My EOS convertible top wasn't working. Tim very quickly discovered that a bit of the 'soft' interior roof liner was snagging on the apparatus that ope My EOS convertible top wasn't working. Tim very quickly discovered that a bit of the 'soft' interior roof liner was snagging on the apparatus that opens the roof. He tightened it, and the problem was fixed! All of this was done in about 5 minutes, and the icing on the cake was that there was no charge to me! Excellent Service !!! More
