I was introduced to the service staff and they helped me book my first appointment. The pick up day went smoothly. The car was ready and clean. I was shown all the features of the car. Friendly no high pressure sales I contacted this dealership to see if they had a model in stock that I could look at. Paul Santaera wrote back saying they did and to come in to look I contacted this dealership to see if they had a model in stock that I could look at. Paul Santaera wrote back saying they did and to come in to look at it. I looked at the model that I was interested in and discovered that it did not meet my needs. I noticed another model that I found was very interesting and met my needs. This all happened while Paul was with clients but as soon as he was free he came over to talk. He explained all of the features of the vehicle and at no time did he pressure me into buying the vehicle. The most important thing was that he listened to me and what I wanted to accomplish (reducing from 2 cars - summer car and winter car) to one. He said that he would be willing to take my 2 cars as trade in and invited me to find out what they were worth even though I was not there to purchase a car that day. Bottom line, he treated me not as a person to make money on but like someone who needed assistance in making an informed decision. At no time did he ever pressure me into purchasing but just to give me information. Best service I have received in the last 43 years of dealing with a car sales person. I ended up purchasing the vehicle from him and know that anytime I am in the dealership I will be greeted by him as a friend not a "cash machine" like most dealerships. More
