lie to the customer then they call the police I bought what I thought was a new vehicle (outlander) for my wife last year at the barrie mitsubishi dealership only to find out that after signing th I bought what I thought was a new vehicle (outlander) for my wife last year at the barrie mitsubishi dealership only to find out that after signing the contract which said that the car had 15kms the odometer in the car read 125km when I ask why ? they knowingly told me that it was the car they used for appearance at shows etc and that they would make it up to my wife by offering her some free oil changes not to worry they would set it up and contact us a month went on and nothing...... no phone call from anyone. When I went back to ask about it, it was obvious the salesman forgot, he offered me one oil change we went back and forth for 1 hour by then I had enough and I was going to leave the new car , called my ride and at that moment for the first time ever including time of sale, pick up and being at the dealership over an hour was the first time the owner of that mitsubishi came out, I thought it was to try to help but NOPE it was to bang the keys of my outlander on hood of my sisters car and tell me to "get my piece of S#! T (referring to my outlander) off his lot before he has it towed. ?????????????? It gets better I head home and after about 20 min Barrie Police shows up at my door to inform me that he doesn't want me coming back. With the service I received he has nothing to worry about. But I will let you and everyone else I know to do the same. FYI the 2013 outlanders come with the cheapest tires you can buy and if you open one of the back Window while driving on the highway it makes an annoying sound in the car More
My brother and I went to purchase a used Outlander at Barrie Mitsubishi. We specifically indicated that we did not want a vehicle with any claims/accident reports on it. After we left a deposit of $500 Barrie Mitsubishi. We specifically indicated that we did not want a vehicle with any claims/accident reports on it. After we left a deposit of $500.00 we found out the vehicle had a claim of approximately $2,500 damage to it. We requested a refund and they refused! Apparently there is a law that protects dealerships. They do not have to disclose any claims under $3,000.00. So even though Barrie, Mitsubishi did not have to disclose they chose to be dishonest and not advise us. This is where ethics, customer service and honesty come in.\ DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM BARRIE MITSUBISHI. They are liars, made up stories and cheat customers. Additionally, they own another Mitsubshi dealership in either Richmond Hill or Newmarket. So do your homework because they won't volunteer anything. More
