They fixed my 2012 Outlander when others had ruined it The mechanic here is fantastic, and they really fixed my issues after 4 years of struggle with other dealerships (Markham Mitsu, and Richmond Hill Mit The mechanic here is fantastic, and they really fixed my issues after 4 years of struggle with other dealerships (Markham Mitsu, and Richmond Hill Mitsu's new owners). I bought a new 2012 Outlander at Markham, and for the first 2 years took my car there for service. However Markham Mitsubishi started to rip me off and extort money on services. They "Serviced" my brakes at 20k KM and destroyed the rotors and calipers on the front and broke the caliper at the back. Long story short, Markham extorted almost $4000 from me and did not repair the brakes (They claimed they changed the part but once inspected at another dealer they had not replaced any parts, invoices were made up with wired codes, etc). Richmond Hill Mitsubishi replaced the Front Rotors and pads, and once they figured the calipers were not working they replaced the front calipers for free (I paid for the Rotors and pads). However before another visit to get the rear brakes fixed the Richmond Hill Mitsubishi was sold to new owners and they were not interested in dealing with my problems anymore ("go back to Markham to fix the problem they created). In 2017 I brought my car to Barrie Mitsu and told them what the situation was. The mechanic put the car on the lift, inspected the brakes, and took me to the back and showed me exactly what the problems were (Markham seems to have broken the seals and the caliper rusts and seizes). He serviced it and fixed it up and it was working again for the very first time in over 3 years! So far they have re-done the under coating and rust proofing that Markham had butchered (the level of workmanship is at a completely different level, very detailed work). I got the brakes fully serviced again there just last month, they changed the front rotors and pads, and serviced the rear brakes. Not only it cost only about $600 inc. tax for everything (Markham was extorting $1200 to $1600 every time they effectively ruined the brakes), all my problems are fixed and could not be happier with the service, and the car. **Do not deal with this dealership** Ordered 2 sets of rims from this dealer and when the wheels came in they were the wrong ones. After I clearly stated which ones I ordered. Colt at the parts desk ordered the wrong ones. after asking for compensation the manager apparently stated that because they sold the wheels at a price they didn't want to. and that they had to pay shipping to ship the wheels back again and order new ones which isn't my problem they're at fault. That they would not compensate me for the mistake on the part of the employee. I would not deal with this dealership again. More
The worst customer service!!!!! 2016 Lancer - 1 year old and the alternator failed. According to Barrie Mitsubishi the good news is it's under warranty but the bad new is it will be 2016 Lancer - 1 year old and the alternator failed. According to Barrie Mitsubishi the good news is it's under warranty but the bad new is it will be 5 days to get the part in. I asked for a loner as I would be missing work. The answer was no but I could rent a car and get a Mitsubishi discount through the rental company. The first service rep told me they don't keep the alternators in stock. The second service rep told me they had 3 but the last one was used 2 days before my failure. Then I find out the battery was toasted because of the alternator and I had to wait for that. Their battery delivery was at 12:30 pm but didn't arrived until 4 pm. The car wouldn't be ready until 7 pm. I like the Mitsubishi vehicles for the warranty but the customer service follow up is crap. I don't know if it's worth it. More

After alot if calls and emails, they agreed to provide a car while the car was being fixed. No compensation what so ever for the inconvenience... Not even an oil change... Stay away from this guys as far as possible... More

You have to almost call head office every day in order to have your complaints taken seriously. This dealership is great at trying to sell you all of these warranties. But when it is all said and done they will turn back on their word and nothing will be covered. I have had nothing but problems with them since I purchased my car - STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP! Worst Car Sales Exerience of my Entire life I have 40 years of car buying experience and have never encountered the lack of interpersonal skill demonstrated by not only the junior salesman but t I have 40 years of car buying experience and have never encountered the lack of interpersonal skill demonstrated by not only the junior salesman but their General Manager also. After an unpleasant discussion with the junior salesman where he demonstrated an unprecedented display of impolite and obnoxious behaviour I wanted to inform the General Manager of my dissatisfaction with the salesman. The junior salesmen went to the general manager and left the office when I entered. Before I could explain the reasons for my dissatisfaction the general manager accused me of being unfair and escorted me to the door where he continued to shout "get out". Along Mapleview drive I had discussions with 3 other car brands salesmen and 1 general manager with all 4 being highly satisfactory and pleasant discussions. If the owner of this Mitsubishi dealership notices a poor sales record it will not be due to the quality or price of the vehicles but the poor level of interpersonal skill and salesmanship demonstrated by not only the salesperson I encountered but that of that of the General Manager as well. The leadership at the top sets the standards for his behaviour and that of all the staff reporting to him. In this regard this dealership is a monumental failure. More

I felt I was bullied and intimidated Wow what a mistake going to this dealership was! Words of advice...take the contract home and read before signing and don't leave a deposit. They didn't want to provide me with a loaner car because I was under the age of 25 when they had first said as long as my insurance covers me on rental cars it was fine. I asked to speak to the owner and he then raised his voic and told me to get the .... out of his office. That wasn't my only issue there i also had to wait around for hours to get a ride back home when my car was in for service.i can write a book with service I got from barrie Mitsubishi Let's just say I basically have my car away and went to moffats mazda where they have awesome service!!!! Never again in my lifetime will I deal with Mitsubishi. More
