I am absolutely livid with my experience at Mitsubishi, and specifically with the manager Niculae Raiciu, who sold me an "Platinum shield protection plan." I was promised that this plan would cover a wide range of issues and give me peace of mind with my purchase. Turns out, his promises don’t match the agreement that you signed. I was assured that the protection plan would take care of everything from A to Z, but when it came time to use it, I was left with nothing. It’s a complete joke! When I brought up the issues with my vehicle, the protection plan was practically useless. The manager flat-out lied about what the coverage would entail and now I’m stuck with costly repairs that I was told would be covered. He was incredibly pushy during the sale and kept assuring me that this was the best option for peace of mind, but now it feels like I’ve been completely scammed. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this protection plan — and especially avoid dealing with this dishonest manager. He clearly does not care about customer satisfaction, only pushing extra products that don’t do what they’re promised to do. Worst purchase experience I’ve ever had!

Worst dealership I have ever been too Bought a brand new 2023 outlander and the windshield cracks from a stone hitting it now refusing to help me when told my warranty would cover this situation no questions asked That’s why I bought the warranty Bunch of scammers. The best Mitsubishi dealership I have ever dealt with. They did diagnostics of my transmission within 4 hours and replaced it under warranty within 2 business days. Meanwhile the Yonge North Mitsubishi in Richmond Hill was holding my car for almost 10 days and didn't even do the third part of what guys from Barrie did during 4 hours. I am very happy I took my car away from those scammers in Richmond Hill (they wanted to charge me almost $500 for the job they've never done) and brought it to Barrie, where honest guys do real job. Many thanks to Scott and Rob, you guys made me believe that honesty and fairness exist and made my trip back to New Brunswick safe and sound!

Barrie service department. Zero stars would be more accurate. They have terrible customer service, the service manager is rude and condescending. Staff were no better. A simple repair turned into a $500++ robbery. Head office did nothing! Shame on you Mitsubishi. Go anywhere else than here, trust us.

Got an alignment here, not long after I noticed my car drifting to the left while driving. Was told by service rep Amber bring it in we will look at it, it would be free. After I get the car checked out they try to charge me $66. Even speaking with the service manager they still charged me for looking at the car. Stay clear of this dealership..
