The salesman had no time for me and made it very clear that my sale was not substantial enough to warrant his time, therefore, I will NEVER go back to that dealership as no one likes to feel like their hard earned dollars aren't appreciated. I ended up at BayCity Kia and I'm so happy I did it! No matter how small my budget is, Ford Stickle has spent ample time with me trying to find the best car that best fits my budget, he is down to earth and forthright and....get this.....he actually LISTENS to your needs. Mother's Day Surprise! What more could a girl ask for than a new 2016 Kia Sorento for Mother's Day! After calling me and indicating what that dealership had to offer I told him to go see Ford and see what he had to offer. Ford's no pressure sales attitude was a pleasure and any questions we had were answered quickly, even if he had to search out the answer. We believe that given the opportunity Ford will be a great asset for Bay City Kia! Worst experience ever. I have purchased several cars during my lifetime. This was by far the worst sales experience. The Customer service I received at Baycity Kia Barrie was by far the worst out of any dealership I have been to. I went in ready to buy a New car, but the Sales team was lazy and made me feel like I was an i by far the worst out of any dealership I have been to. Not to mention; return calls and emails were filled with sarcasm, and were rarely returned promptly. I had probably been to 15 dealerships and my experience at Barrie KIA was terrible. I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone, If you are in the Barrie area looking for a KIA; go to Newmarket. My experience there was outstanding, customer service and professionalism was top notch. More
